Board contribution

I would bring a combination of strategic technology judgement, responsible-AI expertise, commercial and operational discipline, stakeholder leadership and a human-centred perspective. I am less interested in reviewing a technology stack in isolation than in understanding what the organisation is trying to achieve, who should benefit, how impact will be measured and what capabilities and partnerships are required.

Questions to discuss

The Board's three- to five-year goals and the priorities for the next 12 to 24 months.
Current operating scale, team size, budget range and funding model.
The balance between governance, strategic counsel, stakeholder engagement and practical support.
The organisation's current government, corporate, philanthropic and community partnerships.
